Don't Google Little Rock

Posted By on Thu, Apr 1, 2010 at 9:49 AM

If you checked out this week's Insider column, you already know that Little Rock didn't submit an application to become a test city for a super high-speed fiberoptic network that would be installed by Google. Little Rock met the qualifications but city officials didn't think it was worth the effort. Other cities, like Topeka, Kansas, pulled stunts like temporarily changing the city's name to Google, Kansas. It appears as though Google has now changed its name to Topeka. Happy April Fools.
