Spay and neuter, giant condoms say

Posted By on Thu, Apr 8, 2010 at 3:03 PM

Representatives from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals were in downtown Little Rock today, dressed up like huge condoms, to raise awareness for dog and cat overpopulation. They held signs and handed out flyers encouraging people to spay and neuter their animals. When asked why the chose to go with the mascot-like condom outfits, a PETA spokesperson said, "Because cats and dogs can't use condoms. It's to raise awareness."
