Supreme Court looks at Turk

The Supreme Court heard oral arguments yesterday over whether or not the permit issued to build the John W. Turk coal-fired power plant in Hempstead County was issued properly. Attorneys for SWEPCO want the June Court of Appeals decision to void the permit overturned. The court did not issue a ruling yesterday. John Lyon has more on the back and forth at Arkansas News.
