Halter takes money lead

Federal reports for April show Bill Halter outraised Sen. Blanche Lincoln in April, about $579,000 to $300,000. She has more money on hand, about $3.1 million to $550,000. Times a-wasting on spending it. But could there be an uncommitted minute on TV left?
