Tossing out some line

Posted By on Tue, Jun 1, 2010 at 4:41 PM

I have errands to run, so I'm opening the floor a little early. The Gulf disaster, with talk of a criminal investigation and containment vs. capping of the gusher, seems likely to dominate the news cycle. Again.

The political situation has become so frenzied it's almost comical. A Republican Party operative planted a story today that one Democratic congressional candidate has raised money from Washington lobbyists!!! No Republican ever did that, did they Timmy?
