A turning tide on Obamacare?

I figured there was a reason Karl Rove has gone bonkers about the imagined ills of health care reform legislation.

And here it is: The public, polling shows, is beginning to understand that the benefits of the legislation outweigh the negatives, including even some increased costs for covering millions more people, particularly people who previously would have been denied coverage.

Will Rovian scare tactics outweigh the positive message? That's where Democratic leadership, message discipline and results come in. Based on recent experience ....
