Suit filed over state interest on tax debt

News release just in on a lawsuit over the 10 percent compounding interest the state of Arkanas charges on tax debts. The release notes much lower rates charged for federal tax debts (4 percent) and also for liens on judgemnts (5.5 percent limit).
