Assault/robbery in Garland County

Posted By on Mon, Jun 28, 2010 at 3:03 PM

The Garland County sheriff's office reported today a violent home intrusion early Friday morning.

Lt. James Martin said three men wearing bandanas around their faces forced their way into a home on Sequoyah Loop about 2:40 a.m. Friday. They demanded money and drugs and ransacked the house. According to the report, the intruders stabbed Jacob Louton, 28, in the chest. They tied the hands and feet of a 25-year-old woman who was with him, put a pillow case over her head and then forced an object into her vagina. The woman was also struck several times. The men then forced the two into Louton's truck and drove them to Discovery Bay Road where, after firing several gunshots, the men left in another vehicle. The woman freed herself and drove Louton to a hospital.
