Chicago hangs tough on handguns

Posted By on Thu, Jul 1, 2010 at 3:38 PM

Chicago may no longer be able to ban handguns, thanks to the activist 5-member majority on the U.S. Supreme Court, but the mayor isn't giving up on tough handgun control. Registration. Ownership limitations. Restriction of possession to homes. All this and more in a newly proposed ordinance.

Cue the caterwauling. More legislating to come from Alito-Roberts and Co.
