Teen alcohol death in Fort Smith

Posted By on Tue, Jul 13, 2010 at 5:53 AM

Here's a terribly sad story about an alcohol death of a 15-year-old in Fort Smith and an ensuing police investigation. I'm in New York at the moment and have been reading continuing stories about the panicky state reaction nationwide to sale of a synthetic marijuana. I'm reminded of the Arkansas emergency room doctor who resisted the rush to an emergency regulation in Arkansas. Amid a sketchy record about K2, there's no doubt about the toll delivered to ERs by alcohol.
