Arsonist's photo released

First claims of rape last fall, now arson: Things are pretty wild in the Phi Delta Gamma (Fiji) house at the University of Arkansas. The university police department has released a picture of the suspect: A man in a Razorbacks T-shirt with a white bandana over his face and a big gas can in his hand. Quite a shot. The fire damaged parts of the facade and blew out windows, but no one was hurt.
