Battle of the sexes

Remember Sally Kern, the Arkansas native and Oklahoma legislator who's made headlines for outlandish comment on homosexuality and other social issues? She has an election opponent this year. She's a Democratic lawyer and Oklahoma's first known transgender candidate. In Oklahoma, you can imagine.

And speaking of gay rights, here's an interesting analysis of a previous Supreme Court decision that some think might provide a road map to future decisions on major cases on same-sex marriage.
