GOP spending plans

Noted: An article in Politico today outlines a National Republican Congressional Campaign Committee spending blitz for the fall elections. A buy planned in Arkansas's 1st District, in support of Republican Rick Crawford against Democrat Chad Causey. No others listed, including the 2nd District.

Hotline, by the way, notes these are just spending plans so far, not reserved ad buys. Why no purchases elsewhere in Arkansas? Maybe because the NRCCC thinks there's no doubt about the outcomes in those.
