Downtown YMCA sold

We have news in this week's Insider of the sale of the old downtown YMCA building at Sixth and Broadway. Tower Investments had bought it several years ago, along with several vacant buildings along the Main Street corridor, with redevelopment plans that never panned out.

We don't have more details yet on the new owner and plans, but a residential project is reportedly the aim. We've relayed a request for more information through the firm that handled the sale.
