POLITICAL NOTE: Roby Brock's Talk Business poll on the race for Third District Congress has Republican Steve Womack up 55-31 over newcomer Democrat David Whitaker. Hey, that doesn't sound too bad in the 3rd. That bonkers quotient isn't as bad as I thought.
