Drinking liberally

Posted By on Thu, Sep 2, 2010 at 10:17 AM

These ARE the times that could drive a liberal to drink.

In that vein, I thought I'd drop a mention of Drinking Liberally, an informal social group, which, as its Facebook page says, gives left-leaning people a chance to get together over beer. They meet the second Thursday of each month at Khalil's, 110 S. Shackleford. The next meetup is at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9. You can sign up here for e-mail reminders of Little Rock sessions. Skol.
