Lincoln speaks to the animals

Posted By on Mon, Sep 27, 2010 at 11:52 AM

Political Animals that is. Sen. Blanche Lincoln will address the group at a lunch on Tuesday, October 12. An email from the Political Animals Club announcing the event makes sure to point out:

The Republican nominee, Congressman John Boozman, was provided an equal opportunity to address a Political Animals Club meeting this fall at either a separate lunch event or in a joint “town hall” appearance with Senator Lincoln. Unfortunately, Congressman Boozman has declined our invitations.

Boozman has declined numerous offers to appear with Lincoln even though he challenged her to participate in a town hall-style forum at a debate held on Sept. 10.
