Clinton campaign stop

Bill Clinton will fly into Jonesboro next Wednesday to campaign for Chad Causey, Blanche Lincoln and the rest of the Democratic ticket.


Former President Bill Clinton will be in Jonesboro, Arkansas next week to campaign for Senator Blanche Lincoln, Chad Causey and the entire Democratic ticket.

“I am grateful for President Clinton’s support,” Senator Lincoln said. “He cares deeply about his home state and our people. I look forward to an exciting day together in Northeast Arkansas.”

“We’re happy that our friend former President Bill Clinton is returning to Arkansas to campaign for Senator Blanche Lincoln and Chad Causey,” said Democratic Party of Arkansas Chairman Todd Turner. “Arkansans know how important this election is to protecting Social Security and Medicare and how important it is to have Senators and Congressmen who understand the agriculture economy in north east Arkansas.”

Date: Wednesday, October 13, 2010.
