Firefighters endorse

Little Rock firefighters have announced endorsements for city board and mayoral seats — all incumbents where possible except Ward 1, where challenger Kevin Dedner picked up another endorsement over incumbent Director Erma Hendrix. Lances Hines got the firefighters' endorsement for the seat vacated by Michael Keck.

NEWS RELEASE

The Little Rock Firefighters, Local 34 of the International Association of Firefighters are please the endorse the following for the upcoming election for the position of Mayor for the City of Little Rock and the City of Little Rock Ward positions.

Little Rock Ward Positions: Little Rock Mayor:

Ward 1 Kevin Dedner Mark Stodola

Ward 2 Ken Richardson

Ward 3 Stacy Hurst

Ward 5 Lance Hines

Ward 6 Doris Wright

Ward 7 B.J. Wyrick

These candidates have demonstrated a sound knowledge of the needs of the Little Rock Fire Department and our community as a whole. They possess the dedication, skills and concern necessary to address the critical needs of our city. Most of all, they show the willingness to work with all of our citizens to build positive relationships to benefit all of Little Rock.
