David McCollum of the Log Cabin has the details. The game will be a boon for UCA and likely be a big draw for the September 24 game at ASU.

[UCA athletic director Brad] Teague said a game with ASU would likely bring a guarantee somewhere in the neighborhood of $150,000 and UCA would net about $100,000 after expenses.

“But we cannot afford not to play Arkansas State,” Teague said. “It’s something our fans have been asking about ever since I came here and it would create great statewide interest.”
