Fox 16’s David Goins reports that an additional theft charge has been added on the apparently disturbed person arrested last week for a scuffle with a man in the Capitol View/Hillcrest neighborhood over a cat. As a result, a number of bigshots have been called into the fray, including City Director Stacy Hurst, who represents the neighborhood, Prosecutor Larry Jegley and the police chief.
