Note the higher pay for administration and athletic positions ($151,000 base pay for new football coach Hugh Freeze.)

* 40/29 has an excellent and extensive report from the Benton prosecutor explaining why a former Bella Vista cop got only a 30-day sentence for killing a man at the end of a chase when an investiigation indicated the victim was trying to surrender when a sixth fatal shot was fired.
