Supreme Court gives benefits to smoker

The Arkansas Supreme Court today reversed the Court of Appeals and gave workers comp benefits to a Jonesboro woman who broke her arm in a fall while returning from a smoke break. She was on the clock at a required meeting when it occurred, the court noted.
