Entergy overcharges, FERC says

A Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ruling has found that the Entergy Corp. sold cheaper power to other commercial customers, leaving retail customers of its operating companies in four states, including Entergy Arkansas, to pay higher rates. The FERC ruling orders refunds to the operating companies, which should mean refunds to ratepayers. Appeals seem likely. Entergy has defended its pricing system.
