Legal scholars rip health ruling

OK, the legal scholars quoted here are not pizza makers like Mark Darr (the future lieutenant governor who plans to counsel Attorney General Dustin McDaniel on the law shortly), but they are conservatives and they think the ethically conflicted Republican federal judge who ruled the health reform law unconstitutional was totally screwed up in his reasoning.
