Pay raise for judges sent back to committee

Jason Tolbert has more on a bit of a legislative imbroglio over pay raises for judges and prosecutors. HB1063, which would have given judges a 1.86 percent pay raise - salaries for legislators and those in the executive branch were not increased - has been sent back to the Joint Budget Committee after lawmakers expressed concern about the pay hike given the current economic climate.
