Mitch Mustain won't face felony

Posted By on Thu, Feb 3, 2011 at 2:53 PM

Arkansas Sports 360 delivers the news that quarterback Mitch Mustain won't be prosecuted on a felony charge that he sold a prescription drug on-line. Turns out he'd allegedly represented a drug as the controlled substance Adderall, but the drug supposedly for sale wasn't Adderall, but a non-controlled substance. Prosecutors will review whether a misdemeanor charge will be filed against Mustain, who has no prior record.
