Arrest made in double homicide

The Little Rock police have announced the arrest of Brandon U. Westbrook, 25, in the murders of two men found shot Feb. 3 at 2512 Summit Street. A woman also was wounded in the shoulder. Westbrook was arrested last night at UAMS. A motive and other details about the shooting haven't been released.
