Clarence Thomas, the silent justice

Posted By on Sun, Feb 13, 2011 at 7:10 AM

Interesting article in the Times this morning. Justice Clarence Thomas hasn't spoken in an oral argument in five years. Article notes that one of the occasions that he did speak might have shaped the final decision in a manner favorable to his apparent point of view. Strange guy. I still believe Anita Hill.
