Judges endorse correction report

Add the Arkansas Judicial Council, which represents state judges, to the many groups that have endorsed the report of the Arkansas Working Group on Sentencing and Corrections. The report soon is to give birth to legislation backed by Gov. Mike Beebe aimed at curbing the growth in prison population through changes in sentencing, alternatives to prison for certain types of offenses and other measures.
