Clarence Thomas' junket

Did Justice Clarence Thomas really make just a brief "drop-by" at a gathering of wealthy conservatives, as a court spokesman claimed? Or did he get a four-day, expenses-paid deluxe junket, as his own reporting indicates? Common Cause is on the case.
