Posted By on Tue, Mar 1, 2011 at 2:43 PM

If not, it's close. Sen. Jim Luker of Wynne says sponsors still will be appreciated. Gov. Mike Beebe said he thinks the proposal has been changed to answer most objections from prosecutors.

UPDATE: Roby Brock finds general agreement with the head of the prosecutors' association.
