Live sex in college

Posted By on Fri, Mar 4, 2011 at 6:45 AM

Well, this beats all. A psychology prof at Northwestern University has been rebuked by the college president for inviting a couple into his classroom for a live sex demonstration involving use of a sex toy. (No, it's not the rebuke that beats all.) Students were warned of the explicit nature of the demonstration and it was not a required class exercise.

Imagine — difficult though it is to do — if this had happened in Arkansas.

The professor sounds unapologetic.

In his e-mail to his class, Professor Bailey expressed no regrets.

“Student feedback for this event,” he said, “was uniformly positive.”
