French jets over Libya

Posted By on Sat, Mar 19, 2011 at 12:00 PM

Allied forces with UN approval are now patrolling the skies of Libya and this New York Times report indicates a Libyan jet has been shot down. A strike on Qaddafi could be next.

What do you think? Was the U.S.'s measured entrance — and then only after Arab states and UN approval and with other forces leading the military action — the proper call.? I think I'm good with that, but I admit I've been giving more thought to the state legislature and Little Rock government, parochial blogger that I am.
