Ready for a federal government shutdown?

Talk of a federal shutdown is heating up, with both parties jockeying to blame the other side. Clearly, it will be the product of the no-negotiation stance of the Tea Party-minded, but that doesn't necessarily mean that's where the blame or credit will fall.
