Channel 4 reports that prosecutors have decided not to try Gary Dunn a third time in the slaying of Nona Dirksmeyer of Russellville. That means — barring some miraculous new information — the death will go unsolved after three trials of two separate suspects ended in one acquittal and, in Dunn’s case, two hung juries.
