Booze news: Macadoodle's wins another court round

For NWA drinkers: The state Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, a circuit court and now the Arkansas Court of Appeals have turned back challenges by a group of retail liquor stores to a permit for the Macadoodles package store in Springdale. (Thanks to reader who noted my misspelling of store on original post.)

This was the hotly contested issue in which the odd couple of Sen. Sue Madison and former Sen. Jim Holt opposed the permit.
