NPR or Falwell. You pick

Posted By on Wed, Apr 13, 2011 at 2:33 PM

Jerry Falwell's Liberty University blocked the local Lynchburg, Va., newspaper on the school's website recently.

This link reports why.

The local newspaper was reporting that day that students at the private Liberty University received more federal aid — $445 million — than any other university in Virginia in the last year. More federal dollars than NPR received. Liberty U. has 12,000 students on campus, but also receives aid for some 52,000 on-line students.
