The State Police says a Trumann police officer was fatally shot last night. KAIT-TV reports a 30-year-old officer was shot during a traffic stop late last night and a suspect is in custody. KAIT will be updating with video from the news conference, but indication so far indicates at least 15 shots were exchanged between two officers and four suspects in the stopped car. The other officer was also wounded.
