State reports solid tax revenue in April

This is the best state monthly revenue report I've seen in a while. The key monthly figures — for income tax and sales tax — are both up sharply against the same month last year. The year-to-date number is on-line with the forecast, so it's not time for a Scrooge McDuck cannonball into a pool full of dollars. But, it's hopeful.
