In the mail: Solutions

The office mail provides suggested solutions to a couple of vexing problems — one in Arkansas; the other national in scope.

First is 2014, when term limits will bring an end to Gov. Mike Beebe's era of peace, prosperity and cautious rationality in government. I received the following button in an unmarked envelope today:


Now, as for national economic woes, a learned Arkansas academic writes his remedy:

Broaden tax base while allowing job-creating wealthy to keep their tax cuts, keep pesky kids off the streets and off welfare, ease crowded schools, Americans once again doing honest work that currently only immigrants want — a return to a traditional AMERICAN solution:

Child labor!
