Monday thread

Posted By on Mon, Jun 20, 2011 at 5:00 PM

It's open. Final notes:

* REDISTRICTING: The state Board of Apportionment will talk about legislative redistricting from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Dickinson Hall at UALR. Some maps are available on the website, but not the ones from the key players, Gov. Mike Beebe and Attorney General Dustin McDaniel.

* GETTING MURDOCH: Could Fox News titan Rupert Murdoch be imperiled by an ongoing scandal in England over one of his newspaper's hacking into cell phones and then lying about it? A delicious thought that hasn't yet much registered in the U.S.
