Driver identified in Rebsamen crash

Little Rock police say Francis Brown, 85, of 44 Overlook, was the driver of the 2000 Lincoln who was found dead after his car veered off Rebsamen Park Road yesterday afternoon and ran into trees near the golf course entrance. His wife, Shirley, 72, was hospitalized with serious injuries.
