Is a budget deal near?

And can you call it a deal if all Democrats get is a debt limit increase, cuts in program and continued protection for the wealthy?

On the other hand, if Grover Norquist says expiration of Bush tax cuts isn't a tax increase and Republicans continue to take marching orders from him ...
