Arkansas's Natural Bridge sells for $207,900

Posted By on Sat, Jul 23, 2011 at 6:32 AM

Sorry. Forgot to put the rest of this story on-line yesterday. The Natural Bridge property near Clinton, about 100 acres, sold at auction yesterday. The wining bid was $189,000 (no minerals), but sale terms included a 10 percent "buyer's premium" on the winning bid for a total sales price of $207,900. Jack Smith of Conway put down the $40,000 earnest money for his son, who lives in Georgia.
