High school player collapses, dies during practice

According to Fox 16, a Gurdon High School football player, 15 year-old Montel Williams, collapsed and died during a practice on Tuesday evening. How many times does this have to happen before we start thinking about how important it really is to practice football in extremely hot conditions?
