Fox 16 reports Michael Wyatt of Vilonia has been arrested on two misdemeanor counts for allegedly asking to suck two women's toes.

Yes, the name's the same as that from cases of yore, attributed to the Toe Suck Fairy, a play of words on the Toad Suck Ferry near Conway.

A serious question for a lawyer: Is it a crime merely to ask someone for a (presumably) sexual favor? What about a hug? A kiss? Something more intimate? Rude, presumptuous, odd, off-putting, disturbing. Yes.
