Proposal made to elect Game and Fish Commission

The attorney general's office released today an opinion rejecting a proposed constitutional amendment to elect members of the state Game and Fish Commission. The opinion notes several discrepancies in the proposed wording of the amendment, which can be changed and resubmitted.
