NPR drops Simeone's opera show

LISA SIMEONE: Show dumped by NPR.
  • LISA SIMEONE: Show dumped by NPR.

Hard to defend National Public Radio for dropping distribution of a show on opera because the host participates in unrelated political activities. I don't regret supporting KUAR. I do regret that a big portion of the money goes to NPR. They should pay a penalty for this. Or dump Cokie Roberts, Scott Simon and Mara Liaason, too.
