Metroplan will announce the winner of the design contest for a Broadway Bridge replacement tomorrow morning.

I'm standing pat. Build a new river crossing at Chester before replacing the Broadway Bridge. I don't want to fight the downtown traffic disaster that will otherwise follow closure of the Broadway bridge for replacement.
